A recent post on an online community board revealed a few photos of Big Bang‘s G-Dragon flaunting his trendy airport fashion. The netizen who posted the photos wrote, “GD at the airport today. GD looks trendy even in ‘double-denim fashion’. Of course he can pull this off perfectly.”

G-Dragon is seen looking stylish in a ‘double-denim’ outfit, a look that is widely considered to be a huge fashion ‘faux-pas’. He topped off his look with a casual grey beanie, an oversized bag, and a must-have-item, sunglasses.

It seems as though the singer has once again lived up to his title of being a bold fashion icon, as netizens showered him with praise for his fashion sense.

A Pink‘s fashionable stage outfits for their “Hush” promotions have been noticed.

The group’s agency A Cube Entertainment stated on May 15th, “The jacket for A Pink’s first full-length album ‘UNE ANNEE‘, the music video, and stage outfits were designed by fashion designers Lee Do Ee and Kim Si Young, and have been getting a lot of interest from A Pink fans as well as those in the fashion world.”

Kim Si Young’s bright and cheery designs in particular show a completely new side to the group. She commented, “A Pink is a group that can be described more or less with the words ‘young girl’. I designed the outfits with that kind of lovely concept, and the form’s simplicity as well as structure’s security, giving it a modern feeling asymmetry in mind. It was a good opportunity, and working with A Pink was personally the first thrilling project in a while for me. I want to cheer for the girls’ new path, and will continue to support them in my heart for a long time.”

Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung becomes a blonde for ‘High Cut’

Popular Girls’ Generation member Sooyoung surprised fans with a chic blonde look in a photoshoot for the fashion magazine, ‘High Cut‘.

Sooyoung will be featured in the celebrity style magazine on its May 17th edition. Her slim figure and model-like legs were featured on full display as she worked a blond wig to portray a fresh, spring atmosphere while wearing pieces from the 2012 S/S Tory Burch collection.

After the photoshoot, she sat down for an interview, through which she commented on things ranging from her fashion sense to the Girls’ Generation members. “It is very tough for me to play my role in my drama since I am lacking in aegyo. The other Girls’ Generation members don’t really have aegyo in front of guys, so I can’t even learn from them.”

Girls’ Generation member Tiffany confessed that she’s been under some stress because of “airport fashion“.

On April 24th, a staff member from SBS‘s ‘Strong Heart‘ shared that on the recent filming of the show, Tiffany revealed, “Before, I used to go to the airport without caring about what I wore. But as airport fashion started becoming a hot topic, I began to care more.”

She continued, “On the days that I dress up from head to toe, there are no reporters. But strangely enough, when I come back from a performance abroad with no makeup on while wearing slippers, I get a lot of pictures taken,” sharing her worries and frustrations about airport fashion.

The girls pulled off a variety of looks for this particular photo shoot, from bohemian to edgy biker, showcasing their sexy charisma in each photo.

During the interview that took place after the shoot, the girls remarked, “A lot of people tell us that we are a bunch of ‘tough’ girls, but that’s probably the biggest misunderstanding we hear.”

“To be honest, all of us have a lot of aegyo,” they continued. “Especially members HyunA and Jiyoon.”

In regards to their comeback, the girls said, “It’s hard, but we are excited that we get to comeback after so long and meet with our fans.”
